TNA News and Notes

Hulk Hogan was supposed to turn heel on Monday's Impact, but that's been put on the back burner due to Sting's heel turn.

Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff were in California recently scouting talent.

Not sure why, but Ric Flair was apparently not happy about having to go through with his match on Monday.

Sad as it is to say, it seems Traci Brooks is not being missed by too many backstage in TNA.

RVD has shot a six episode series called Rob Van Dam's Extreme Championship Comedy. The show was shot in January at the Ontario Improv in California and features RVD, Sabu, The Sandman, Paul Heyman, Shelly Martinez, Bill Alfonso, Raven and MMA fighter Justin McCulley appearing in various episodes.

Jessie Godderz of Big Brother fame, a bodybuilder looking to join the wrestling industry, attended Monday's iMPACT!.

Shawn Stasiak, 39, who retired from pro wrestling a few years ago and has since been working as a chiropractor, recently stated that he's been in talks with TNA about making a return to the squared circle.

On a related note, Johnny Stambolli, who worked in TNA under the moniker 'rellik', had talks with TNA a while back about the possibility of he and Chuck Palumbo coming into the company as a tag team, but TNA apparently showed no interest.
